Summer is closing on, and it’s time we gathered with our friends and family. This year, do so with some French fare.
To celebrate Le French GourMay, the French culinary arts, Mistral is taking you to 3 culinary regions of France, namely the romantic Côte d’Azur, the natural South West, and the sumptuous Brittany. In the dinner buffet, we also prepare you the “Champagne Corner” where selected French bubbles are offered – on an all-you-can-drink basis.
GourMay samples from each region will take the stage consecutively throughout May. For instance, BBQ selections, Stuffed Grilled Chicken, and Seafood Bouillabaisse, all from Côte d’Azur, will lead the first 10 days of the festival. Highlights from the French South West, including Braised oxtail & foie-gras terrine, and Duck Confit, will play the crucial roles afterwards.
The last stop of le tour de France is Brittany, the northwestern coastal province of France, where you’ll sample baskets of jaw-dropping seafood: lobsters, oysters, mussels, scallops, you name it.
