Privé is leading you to a culinary journey so artistically French during the Le French GourMay Festival. A dedicated 5-course menu prepared by our Chef de Cuisine Kim Nielsen will be played by distinguished French cooking and cuisine, from the renowned foie-gras, to the unbeatable Mille-feuille. Every connoisseur enjoying the “Le French GourMay” set menu is encouraged to unwind with a flute of complimentary Veuve Clicquot champagne. Further their journey are frothy soup, succulent foie-gras, tender slow-cooked salmon, and juicy duck breast. Every dish made to perfect.


To seamlessly close the dinner is the Strawberry Mille-feuille, a French favourite, accompanied by a scoop of smooth homemade strawberry ice cream.
